Installing SaturnOne's Website Snippet

To collect any website data you have to install the SaturnOne snippet.

To use SaturnOne.io you need to ad a tracking snippet to each page you want to track. Google Analytics or any tracking system will require the same.

4. Copy JavaScript to your website(s) in the header or footer.

Paste in the Head tag in any HTML page(s) you wish to track. Typically, you would have a template page for your site.

WordPress

Themes & Builders

Your theme probably has a setting or section to place custom code. A few popular WordPress Page builders and themes links to code insertion:

Plugin

If yo cannot find a place to put the snippet in you theme, no worries, there are literally 100s of plugins to help. You may already be using one.
Download one of the many Add JavaScript plugins and Activate it. Then paste the code in there.

Google Tag Manager

A common way of adding code is through Google Tag Manager if you already have it installed.

You use "Custom HTML" in Google Tag Manager:

  1. Click on Tags in Google Tag Manager
  2. Click on "New"
  3. Click in the middle to configure the new variable
  4. In the next window under "Custom", select "Custom HTML"
  5. Now enter the HTML and JavaScript that you want to use for your tag.
  6. Hit save, give your tag a name, and add a trigger.
  7. Trigger is "All Pages"
